It has been specially created as an alternative to KMR, which is no longer available in Europe. Milki kitten milk has a balanced composition and is made from high-quality ingredients.
When KMR was no longer available in Europe, it was a great loss, because no milk is as good as KMR. In Italy, however, they did not throw in the towel. Alessia Byaldino, together with food technologists, looked at the composition of KMR and designed an alternative: Milki Kittenmilk.
Dissolve 1 part powder in 2 parts water at a temperature of 38/40 degrees (e.g. 100 grams Milki in 200 ml water).
Give your kitten approximately 25/30 ml of Milki per 100 grams of body weight per day, and divide this over 4-8 meals per day.
Prepared milk can be kept in the fridge for 24 hours. A portion of milk should be warmed in a bain-marie to around 37 degrees with each feeding.
The recommended duration of use is up to 4 weeks around weaning, or as advised by the vet.
Milki kitten can also be used as a supplement to the mother's ration in the amount of 2 grams of powder per kg of body weight, once or twice a day.
