Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Product Issues

At Melk voor Dieren, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order or if you would like to return an item, we are happy to help.

Damaged or defective products

If you have received a damaged, incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@melkvoordieren.nl.

Please include:

• your name,
• your order number,
• a brief description of the issue,
• a photo of the product if possible.

We will work with you to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement product, offer a discount, or refund the purchase price.

Returns within 30 days

You may return unused products within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for returning a product:

• The product must be unused.
• The product must be in its original condition.
• Any seals must remain intact and unopened.
• Please include your name and/or order number with the return shipment.

The cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send an email to info@melkvoordieren.nl. Please include your name and order number.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you will have sufficient time to return the goods to us.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, opened packages of milk replacers, nutritional supplements and other animal feed products cannot be returned unless the product is defective, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

This restriction does not apply to unopened and unused products.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price within a few working days using the same payment method that was used for the original order.

If the returned product does not meet the conditions described above, we will contact you before taking further action.
