Compact rearing enclosure with transparent cover

This compact cage is ideal for making an incubator for safely and warmly raising young, orphaned animals. Originally designed as a hamster cage, it is highly suitable in practice as a rearing environment for young rabbits, rodents, and kittens.

Stable, warm environment without drafts

Young animals are not yet able to regulate their body temperature properly. A stable, draft-free environment is therefore essential. The transparent plastic cover helps retain the heat from a heating pad inside the enclosure.

This creates a gentle, even warmth without fans or airflow. As a result, this setup is quieter and less stressful than many incubators with active ventilation.

Always full visibility of the animals

The cover is fully transparent, allowing you to monitor the animals continuously without opening the enclosure. This is especially important for young animals that require frequent checks. You can keep a close eye on them without unnecessary disturbance.

Suitable for use with a heating pad

The enclosure has been modified with an opening for the cable of a heating pad. This allows you to place a heating pad inside the enclosure without needing to leave the cover open.
