Which product is most suitable for my animal?

On www.melkvoordieren.nl you will find free manuals for raising many young animals. They also state exactly which products are suitable for your animal species. Often it also depends on personal preference. Some prefer to work with a syringe, others with a plastic bottle or a glass bottle. The choice of teat often depends on this.

On the left of the milk powders you can make a choice for an animal (group). You will then only see the milk powders that are suitable for that animal (group).

I am unable to log in

No problem. You can also place your order by phone or email.

What do you do with my data?

We only use your data to send your order, and to keep you informed about your order. If you tell us to do so, we can delete your account information for you.

How can I pay?

You can pay quickly and easily via iDeal, Paypal, Sofort or MrCash. If you choose Paypal, you can also pay by credit card. You can also choose to pay in advance.
You will receive the payment details by email and you can then transfer the money yourself. After receipt of the payment, the order will be shipped. Are you in a hurry? Send a proof of payment to info@melkvoordieren.nl.

I have placed an order. When will it be delivered?

When you order and pay before 22.00 hours on a working day (and have no notification that something is out of stock), your order will leave our warehouse the same working day.
If you place an order at the weekend or on public holidays, it will be shipped the next working day.

All mail to the Netherlands and Belgium is sent with PostNL. For the Netherlands and Flanders, this means that in 95% of cases the packages are delivered the next day.
In the Netherlands and Belgium you can also choose to have your parcel delivered to a post office.

Mail to other countries is delivered via DPD and usually takes 3-5 working days.

How will my order be shipped?

Most orders are sent by PostNL parcel post. You will then receive a Track&Trace code with which you can track the parcel.
Very small goods, such as teats or small bottles of NutriDrops are sent as letterbox packages.
To save shipping costs and the environment we reuse cardboard boxes and filling material.

When can I pick up my order?

As soon as your order has been paid for, it is immediately forwarded to our warehouse. Packing takes only a few minutes. You can pick up your order Monday to Friday between 2 and 8 pm.

Where can I pick up my order?

The address is Schillingstraat 7, 2988CT Ridderkerk, Nederland
Our warehouse is on a new industrial estate. Sometimes the navigation doesn't take you to the right place.

Did my order come through correctly?

After you have placed your order you will always receive an e-mail with a confirmation of the order. If this is not the case, then the shipment of your order has not gone through correctly or the email address you provided is not correct. In both cases please contact us via info@melkvoordieren.nl or call +31(0)6-24525734.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4,95.
For Belgium the shipping costs are €7,95.
Shipping to other parts of Europe is €13,00.

We also ship outside of Europe. You pay the actual shipping costs.

Can I return an order?

Yes, of course! Sometimes it happens that an animal dies before the parcel has arrived. The best thing to do in that case is to refuse to accept the parcel. It will then automatically be sent back to us.
After receipt of your parcel, the payment of the products (minus shipping costs) will be refunded to your account.
