Farmfood No. 1 Puppy and kitten milk based on goat's milk - 200 gr

Farmfood No.1 is a complete puppy and kitten milk replacer based on whole goat's milk for newborn puppies and kittens. It can be used as a supplement to mother's milk, or as a complete food if the mother does not give milk or cannot care for her young.

This milk powder has been specially developed for puppies and kittens who are unable to receive their mother's milk. It is therefore also extremely suitable as supplementary food or for large litters or when the bitch has too little milk. Farm Food No.1 puppy milk is also a valuable addition to the diet of sick or recuperating animals.

On the basis of goat's milk

Farm Food No.1 mainly contains (65%) whole goat's milk powder supplemented with various ingredients in order to create a perfect and complete puppy-kitten milk; this in contrast to the common single 'goat's milk powder' or skimmed 'cow's milk' products.) The choice for whole goat's milk powder was made because goat's milk naturally has a much better composition for newborn small mammals than cow's milk. It is easier to digest, has many intestinal stimulating and intestinal protective factors, and in its amino acid pattern as well as in its fatty acid pattern, it almost corresponds to breast milk.

Mixing the milk

Weigh: Mix 7.5 grams of Farm Food no 1 with 25 grams of water.  (Or 30 grams of powder with 100ml of water)

Measuring spoon: Mix 1 level measuring spoon of milk powder with 2 level measuring spoons of water.

Use warm water of 40-50 degrees. Stir it gently and let it cool down to ± 38°C.

Other small mammals

Farm Food No.1 can also be used for other small mammals. All animals that do well on puppy or kitten milk can also use FarmFood. On average the same mixing ratio can be used here as for puppies and kittens.

In view of the high lactose content of around 33%, this milk powder is best used for lactose-intolerant animals such as rabbits, hares and hedgehogs in combination with Disolut Lactase Drops. This lactase converts the lactose into other sugars, which the animals can digest.
